Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Information provided about accommodation is misleading and is not reflective of the reality at the property. You need to read the small prints very carefully and when they say you have access to the remaining facilities in the property, that is not true. You are basically renting a room in a flat and could wake up with strangers walking around the flat. If you don’t book most of the rooms, the kitchen is locked up. Absolute joke
Cleaning is done well, but they can enter the apartment without warning. As a property professional, I was not impressed with the poor maintenance of this property, shower was not draining water, walls showing signs of condensation affecting paintwork, during heavy rainfall water was leaking into bedroom
Staff is a mix bag, they are more scared of their jobs than applying common sense to situations
We stayed for a week and one of the nights there was a party above our apartment and no one bothered to give us the heads up
Location is fantastic unless when it rains and the street outside floods severely
Otherwise, it’s a nice place
