"We always stay in Hampton Inns to get consistent mid-grade quality. But here? The carpeting in the room was so dirty, our feet were black & we had to wipe them on a towel before getting in bed. The TV glitched constantly. There were no phones in the room so you had to get dressed & take the elevator down to the front desk to ask about something. Finally, the room thermostat was glitchy. "Great place!"

"very unfriendly front desk clerk"

"It was very clean and all staff we courteous. Would recommend anyone to stay."

Nothing too terrible and I would stay there again in the future but would request to move rooms immediately if the a/c is in that same condition. In my opinion that room should not have been open for guests , if it were earlier...
