"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Saubere Zimmer aber leider kein barrierefreies duschen möglich, da nur Bäder mit Badewanne. Hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört. Frühstück sehr gut aber immer gleich. Direkter Strandzugang vom Hotelgarten mit Pool! Sehr schön, da man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen gefunden hat. Falls wir noch einmal nach Ferragudo reisen, würden wir es erneut buchen."

Checkout process etc. We had like 6:30am checkout and we didn’t know where to drop the keys. There was no Dropbox. "This is the most unusual, in a good way, "Hotel" that I've ever stayed in. It was a lovely place to stay for eight days. Did quite a bit of sightseeing during the day and also went into Silva to eat at restaurants and do shopping as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone."

"This is not a 4 star hotel, at the very least it’s a 3 star. A 4 star hotel won’t charge you a €10 fee to rent a pool towel. Yes I get my €10 back, that’s not the point.
