"This was our 5th stay at the resort, a fantastic location and the breakfasts are still superb. However the resort is becoming a bit tired, we stayed in the same room as last year and the broken drawers from last year hadn’t been fixed (we reported this last year). The staff at the restaurant have also gone downhill, mainly down to a lack of sufficient training. One in particular was rude to us on a couple of occasions which was a shock.
