Awesome!

This hotel was fabulous! Staff was amazing. Wasn’t a busy week so was able to sleep in a little past check out time which was helpful. Great location with restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The staff were as nice as they could be. However the property is not in good condition. The rooms are not how they are pictured online. I did not get the room I booked and the first room had black mold and a sink full of some sort of cleaner. When we asked to have the room we booked, they did move us and were nice about it. But the second room had black mold and roaches. Roaches in the bed and bathroom. We had to leave the property and go somewhere else. I’m waiting to find out if I’ll get a refund or not.

One of the best if not the best stays I have had.

The New owner is a really amazing person, he goes above and beyond for all his guests. He completely transformed this run down property into some place you can actually look forward to staying at whenever visiting or just needing to get away. This property use to be as bad as they come in Lafayette but due to his competence and his great staff he completely transformed this place into an amazing hotel. There is still some work in progress but from speaking to him things will do nothing but get better here as time goes on. It is also extremely safe in comparison to how it use to be.

I’m a Detective for a neighboring parish and we booked online to stay at this property. Upon arrival the property and rooms did not match the pictures posted online and the property was filthy. As a cop I would advise that no one stay here with there family.

My wife and i booked a room at Broadway in Lafayette When we got there, the motel was trashy thug Standing around We tried to get our money back from hotel.com. They said no refund. My advice is never use hotel com, never go to this motel . Make sure you have a gun. The conditions and oder will knock you out.

This place was absolutely disgusting. It did not look like the pics on the site. The mini fridge wouldn’t get cold. And OMG big hair balls came up in the tub when I ran the water. I almost threw up!!!

Didn’t even get out the car when I pulled up the whole property was trashed. Huge blow up water slide in the parking lot covered in mud. Everyone hanging outside was less than inviting. The photos posted are false. We didn’t stay. Wasted that money

The pictures lie. It’s unlit, no staff, homeless people and hookers outside, trash and rats on the sidewalks. Doesn’t even look open, nobody will answer the phone for Expedia to refund. Disgusting place.

What it look like on the website is not how look in person.. I was very much hurt by it because couldn’t find ice and on top couldn’t get extra towels when we already use the ones in room.. n each room smells

Kakerlaken

Von außen macht er das Hotel gar keinen so schlechten Eindruck. Das hat allerdings getäuscht. Als wir hinein gegangen sind haben wir gemerkt, dass es eine Baustelle ist und gerade renoviert wird. Die Dame an der Rezeption, die unglaublich lieb und freundlich war und uns auch im weiteren Verlauf sehr viel geholfen hat, hat und eines der "besseren" Zimmer gegeben. Wir haben unsere Gepäck ins Zimmer gestellt und sind Abendessen gegangen. Als wir zurück kamen kam uns eine Kakerlake entgegen. Im Zimmer befanden sich noch ein Nest mit weiteren Kakerlaken. Hast du die Dame eine Rezeption darauf ansprachen hat sich herausgestellt, dass es wohl schon öfter Beschwerden wegen Kakerlaken gegeben hat. Wir sind dann ausgezogen und haben uns in einem anderen Hotel eingemietet. Der Service der Hotline von Hotels.com hat dem ganzen dann die Krone aufgesetzt überhaupt nicht hilfreich außer man verlangt nach dem Vorgesetzten der Hotline Mitarbeiter.
