Babski wyjazd.
Byłam w Hotelu kilkakrotnie, ale nocowałam po raz pierwszy. Brakuje ZARZĄDCY! Czasy świetności Hotel ma za sobą. Kelnerki bardzo miłe, jedzenie pyszne, ale otoczenie nie sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Na trawniku w każdej ze skrzynek czy donic chaos i miszmasz, iglaki z kwiatami, uschnięte malutkie tuje i usychające bratki. Meble ogrodowe też różnej maści, część białych jeszcze z poprzednich lat zniszczone i brudne, i nowe brązowe. Przez 3 dni pobytu nie było widać, żeby ktoś się zajmował kwiatami...otoczenie ładne, lokalizacja super, ale widać że dobrego ducha i dobrej ręki brakuje. Szkoda, bo teraz jeszcze się "kręci", ale jak długo?
Szkoda, miejsce z wielkim potencjałem ale jak to w tych okolicach jest zaniedbane. Najbardziej zmartwiło mnie jedzenie, które nie dość , że było fatalne to ceny wyssane z palca . Niedopieczona kaczka i ryba w cenie 100 PLN to kwota , za którą można zjeśc w dobrej restauracji we Wrocławiu. Zarządzający krzyczy na personel przy gościach . Brudne firanki . SPA jest słabe i średnio czyste.
Szkoda , miejsce urokliwe ale jak to w nNaszej mentalności : najpierw zarobie a potem zainwestuje. Dla porównania proszę wybrać sie do Pałacyku w Jugowicach. W podobnej cenie jest komfort, fajne spa a jedzenie było pyszne.
Pokoje są właściwie dwuosobowe, wstawienie więcej niż jednej dostawki to nieporozumienie. Obsługa rewelacyjna - zamieniliśmy pokój na dwa w przyjaznej atmosferze. Jedzenie smaczne - stół szwedzki. Sala kominkowa, restauracja, SPA, sala bilardowa, koncerty - wieczory zagospodarowane. Ponad 20 km do stoku narciarskiego i nie ma ski-busów. Warto część czasu przeznaczyć na zwiedzanie okolicy (Kletno, Stronie, Lądek, Złoty Stok).
