"I arrived a little before check in time exhausted and needing to rest. The desk lady insisted that I pay a $25 early check-in fee to be allowed in the room. I had checked in a little early the previous Thursday and that fee was never mentioned by the attendant working that day. When I refused she rudely told me to go wait outside until 3 o’clock. I’ll NEVER stay in your facilities again."

"Thanks"

"Everything was great from the hot buffet breakfast, cleanliness of property and room, to the friendliness of staff. My only complaint is the mattress was too firm"
