"This is a nice hotel in a good location. It has recently been renovated and has not fully accommodated to the changes. The hall and to a lesser extent my room had a strong smell of fresh paint. There was no safe in the room. Breakfast was excellent although eggs to order were not available. "

"The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "

"A very modern minimalist hotel. Machine check worked well. Room and while hotel very clean. Good bed and shower Better than expected breakfast with good choice but limited hot items. Ideal to get a night's sleep and then go."
