"Poorly maintained, very tired, basic room"

"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"We really enjoyed our time here. The property was beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The food was good and the staff was very accommodating. The a/c in the room was ice cold and the bed was so soft and comfortable it made it tough to get up in the morning. Overall was a great experience."

"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...

"The staff were hands down amazing. I am so appreciative of all of them to the cleaning crew to office staff. We decided not to rent a car, although I’d 100% recommend that you do. The hotel arranged all our transportation to and from the airport. Had the same local driver, Walter, who was great! We are not bilingual so Denis was a lifesaver and great to talk to. The views and surrounding area are breathtaking. I would like to note to other travelers, this is a eco boutique so there will be bugs....

It can be interrupting and is unnecessary. Decorations are very will developed in Costa Rican style and very fine test.
