"My family stayed here for 2 nights in April 2026 and enjoyed the stay immensely. The staff was super-friendly, the food was great, and the countryside location was relaxing yet convenient to Shannon. I would certainly plan on staying here again if I find myself back in the area. "Large room for three adults, excellent Irish breasts the associated restaurant next door included - started at 9 when the restaurant opened but was ok as we used the time to go to the lighthouse on the peninsula about 25 km from Kilkee; plentiful free street parking in front - it's a one way street so no bad traffic, food options nearby, very close to the Kilkee cliff walk which is just awesome; the drawbacks were check in by 9 pm which was ok as we went out first day after overnight flight and...

"Such a wonderful and quaint place. Sinead and Shane are SO friendly and helpful in so many ways. If I ever come back to Bunratty I will no doubt stay here again! The room was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable after a long trip. You wont be disappointed!"

"Review for Cashen Course House – September 2025 We had a lovely stay at Cashen Course House in Ballybunion. The location is perfect — quiet but still close to the town and golf course. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. Having on-site parking was a big plus, especially after driving around the countryside. "Free parking in front of the hotel and no issues finding a spot. Large rooms but it has seen better days and could use a refresh. Location is about 10 to 15 mins drive into the main town of Ennis and hotel is beside a golf course, not affiliated with the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night and it was fine."
