"The breakfast staff (e.g., Fernando) is great. The valet parking has only 2 charging stations, so charging is not guaranteed, but the staff did help charge my car. I think in general the hotel is pretty good but the hotel's management is only limited. E.g., in the restroom in the lobby, the hand soap bottle is right above towels which doesn't sound the right set up (it's very easy to make the towel dirty) and there should be more than 2 places for charging. "

"Very run down. Holes on the wall. Water damage, exposed wires, carpets very dirty. "

"Victoria at the front desk was super kind. The hotel needs a remodel though. The rooms and especially bathrooms are old, cracked ceilings and rust in the sprinkler system. The bathroom in our room was dirty and had hair still in the tub. The front desk too care of it but it took them a while to send someone to resolve the issue. "

"While the lobby was chic and cozy, the rooms felt like old and outdated Las Vegas hotel room. With green/yellow/blue carpet, a bathtub that was basically in the bedroom and a hard bright yellow couch. Our carpet was stained, the phone did not work and the yellow couch was not comfortable. The gym was bare bones for work out equipment. The pool was the best part of the hotel. I would not stay here again."

"The rooms where clean and comfortable but the owners could definitely do some upgrades. God when you really just want somewhere to sleep. The neighborhood is a safe and quiet Chinese neighborhood. I enjoyed by stay and staff was friendly. Didn’t care for the breakfast as there where not alot of options"

"Air conditioning in room 107 was not working. Walls were very thin I could hear next door neighbors clearly. The ceiling was thinner, upstairs noise was more intense, could hear footsteps throughout the night. Upholstery and carpet is very outdated and slightly dirty"
