This property was just fine. Everyone staff related, were very kind and helpful. There was free breakfast every morning until 10am. Staff who ran the breakfast room were consistently very nice. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were soft. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave. I’ve stayed here twice in the past two months and had great service each time. Plan on this being my go to spot when I visit my daughter. I didn’t like having to pay for parking, however it was monitored and in its own garage.

This property is in a highly Asian area. I felt safe at this hotel but was really disappointed with the room and amenities. The pool was closed along with the rooftop terrace which were the main reasons why we stayed at this hotel. I think that the listing needs updated. The breakfast was ok but it was the same things everyday. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel either but not terribly dirty. There was a bathmat in the bathtub that was hiding peeling paint or something. The rooms had fire tvs but our room had a universal remote and we could do nothing with the tv except watch some cable tv. There is no storage drawers for clothing so we had to pick through our luggage. The hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable. So there there were some pros but also a lot of cons. I don’t think I would choose this hotel to stay in again but it worked for our trip.
