The room floor was dirty, the room and the entire hotel smelled bad, during the stay, no cleaning was provided, no one did our beds, nor pulled the trash. No paper towel restock.

This was a second stay for me at this Best Western in Sedalia, MO. It is an older facility, but they work hard to keep everything in good condition and working order. The folks are always nice, and it is one of the better breakfasts around.

We chose this specific hotel for the pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was out of order. This was a more expensive hotel, Im sure because the up keep of the pool.
