Enjoyed our stay at Hotel del Pui. The cable car to Pal Arinsal ski area is a very short walk away. Room was functional and very clean. Good value and suited our purpose as we were there for a weekend of skiiing. Good continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly. I'd be happy to stay at Hotel del Pui if we ever visit La Massana again. La Massana itself is quiet place with a few bars and restaurants. Ideal for for families. Not really suitable anyone looking for lively Apres Ski.

Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.

Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend. Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night.

The first room was nothing like the photo on my booking. No balcony - no views ( just a service yard) and noisy drains kept me awake. Moved rooms after I complained. Only stayed 3 nights not four.

This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!

Hotel de Piu is perfectly located in La Massana. Two supermarkets within a minutes walking distance, and 2 minute walk to the gondola that takes you up to the Pal Arinsal ski resort (which in my opinion is the best of the three). The hotel has very kind and helpful staff, and reception is 24/7. I did not have food/breakfast so can’t comment on that. Room was nice. Empty small fridge for personal items, spacious room and bathroom. Hotel also has locker space for ski gear easily accessible. While hotel location is good, it’s also located just by the main road. You can expect noise from traffic at rush hours. Especially if room is facing that way and you have balcony door open. Hotel building is not very soundproof. I had rather quiet neighbors, but if they talked in their room I could hear it as if they were standing outside my door. But after a long day in the slopes falling asleep isn’t very difficult regardless of noise. All in all, Hotel de Pui by Nexta delivers a good hotel experience for those looking for simple living super close to the slopes and hiking trails.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The location was good for accessing town and the gondola. The lady at the front desk was excellent and always helpful. The balcony on the 6th floor was nice to have to sit outside on. The hotel was loud and very hard to sleep if you had the only door open in the summer. With no air conditioning, the door had to stay open due to the temperatures in the room. So that sucked. The bathroom sink needs to be changed or a new faucet. The room soap was a joke - a slice of butter size - and not really too usable. The lack of a way to make hot water for a tea was surprising, as then the only option was to wait until the next morning and get hot water at the breakfast restaurant. Need to have a kettle in all the rooms. 3-stars due to the noise and lack of in-room ammenities.
