"Out of season bargain weekend. Staff were friendly on arrival, helpful with all details explained too. Room was basic but did the job & I slept quite well, cleaned every day if you wanted it to be. Shower gel & shampoo along with soap & plenty of toilet rolls in the bathroom. Breakfast included was a nice touch too & great that it was on until midday. The pool area was nice with plenty of sun beds, didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t heated. Great location right in the centre of the town & not far from the station."

"We stayed 26-28 Feb, 26. Lovely location by the water. Had to ask twice for more hangers. One of the two lifts is broken. Towels are very thin. Building noise from 7am every day next door. Food is very nice. Roof top bar is cool. No fresh bottled water left by the maid. "

"The room and hotel were very clean. The staff could not have been any nicer! So kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast was as wonderful as we read on other reviews, so many options and all delicious! It was nice to have tea/coffee and a treat available from 3-6pm. Great location with easy access to the train station, fun shopping, and good restaurants. We had a room facing the street and early in the evening there is a bit of noise. Making it a bit difficult to go to sleep early.(before 11pm). We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for your smiles and kindness."

"I regularly stay here as the accommodation is always very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to park outside the hotel and very close to the beach. "

"WiFi did not work and the process to access it was cumbersome. The staff, while they tried, were not able to assist, ultimately, I was able to access it in the lobby, barely but lost it as I went to my room."
