"I stay at this hotel most of the time when I am in Managua, every month or so. The staff are always very nice and they allow me early check-in when I arrive early from my home in north Nicaragua. This is a budget-friendly hotel. I had a problem this time, during a major rain storm my room got a lot of water. The staff quickly responded and moved me to another room. Things happen but they responded right away, making it seemless. I will continue to stay there!"

"The road in was atrocious, requiring high clearance (really- owner can give you a lift) BUT if you want superb jungle solitude with great food, this is it. Rustic, yes, but all you need is here. No AC, but it’s cool after dark and you can hear the jungle in all its glory. Super cool platform in a giant ceiba tree a must view (about 85 feet high). Cabins well constructed with nice beds/mosquito nets though, again, rustic. Howler monkeys galore, dense jungle canopy."

"When you’re reserving your room, you gotta make sure that you pay for your breakfast. It might be five or $10 or $10 is worth it because if you don’t do that, are you gonna end up paying $13-$17 for breakfast per person? The breakfast is excellent it’s delicious but it’s pricey for your breakfast."

"The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty ."

"Jonathan is the most accommodating person ever!! He was truly amazing and so welcoming as we arrived way later than we thought we would. However, all the staff is excellent. The location is beautiful, absolutely spectacular. The view from the king size casita on the second floor is breathtaking. Hearing the howler monkies is a crazy experience. "The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
