"I liked: the hotel is gorgeous, located very close to a subway (metro) station, and close to Paseo de la Reforma. I didn't like: On our arrival, when we did the check-in, the person was not that welcoming."

"The location was great & very walkable to great dining options & shopping. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. The Rooftop Bar was our favorite feature; the 360 views were amazing as well as the Mezcalitas! Our ULIV experience provided a realistic cultural feel of La Cuidad de Mexico! There is an opportunity to provide clearer instructions about arrival as the Hotel's entrance is not on the road that we get dropped off at (due to traffic regulations)."

"Great place to stay in Mexico City. Walking distance to museums and Parque Chapultepec. The staff is awesome, special thanks to the Urban Cafe staff during breakfast time & the housekeeping staff (un millón de gracias, a million thanks). My only suggestion to the hotel administration to help make a great stay better: get better quality TP in the rooms, I do not expect industrial-quality TP in a 5-star hotel! "
