The staff here is extremely pleasant and nice. The rooms were clean. The breakfast has great Choices. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was close to many of the tourist attractions. The hotel also sets up the tours for you and the tour buses pick you up from the hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We loved that the hotel was convenient to everything downtown. It was so easy to get around. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff, especially, Carlos, were wonderful! The food and drinks were great, too!

Great hotel in a central location. The room was a bit small but that’s to be expected for a hotel in the middle of the downtown. Restaurant and bar were very nice and the staff was friendly. Only complaints was that there isn’t a safe in the room and that the desk chair felt a bit rickety. Easy fixes!

Really great place to stay in La Fortuna. Provided parking and great location. Was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping, and easy drive to all of our activities. Very friendly and helpful staff and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our downtown stay in La Fortuna. Extremely nice staff. Clean rooms and good size. Very affordable! The only issue is that the street side rooms are incredibly loud.
