"Booking: I went through Expedia to book my package and vacation, which was 6 days at the Emerald Estates Luxury Villas, part of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts properties, all-inclusive package. The booking was easy, straightforward, and left little to vague interpretation or fine print nonsense. "Wonderful stay. Chui in the Italian/Asian restaurants goes above and beyond. Top notch service. Angel at adult pool gave exceptional customer service. Raphael in the main breakfast buffet was so nice, funny, and treated my family like his own. Giovanni in the hallway/other breakfast buffet so vey helpful and informative. The woman who cleans the bathrooms by the adult pool works so very hard keeping them spotless. 2nd time to this resort and we will definitely be back. "

"It’s a beautiful place to stay right by the beach. The only bad thing is that this place doesn’t clean the room so if your staying for a few days be prepared to clean your room. "
