Pretty much in an industrial area, the rooms are adequate and clean enough but the Aircon was not up to the job and there were a lot of bugs in my room. "A one night stop to break up a very long road trip. Arrived after checking in times but was sorted easily with a quick call ahead. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a new sponge in the kitchen rather than an old one."
