"Clean Room, great staff"

"Overall experience is ok"

"Although the location of this hotel is convenient for the promenade, old town and city I did not find it to have any charm or atmosphere ... my room was clean and functional ... it had a port view ... but was tired and dated and in need of a complete refurbishement ... I found reception staff to be brusque and lacking any hospitably warm welcome ... expecting to have no milk or powdered creamer in the room as seems to be norm in Eurostar Hotels, when I asked if could have some I was curtly told...

"All around the property was good. Good location, amenities and staff. However, the pillows and mattress were not very comfortable."

"The room temperature was uncomfortable, AC did not work, overheated at 24.8 degrees Celsius! Could not sleep with the window open due to stress noise and rainy conditions"

"Room and hotel were very clean and service was on great level too. Room itself was quite basic, but everything worked well."
