"The place was very beautiful and everything looked great overall. The only issue was that the sheets on both beds looked dirty, as if they hadn’t been changed. Other than that, everything was very nice."

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities are high quality, and the overall aesthetic is modern yet warm. The location next to the Monument feels very central. I was able to walk almost everywhere, and Ubers were always just minutes away. It made exploring the city effortless. The staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, which made a huge difference as a traveler. They’ve done a beautiful job with this hotel, and I absolutely plan to stay here again when I return to Mexico City ❤️"
