"Here is a polished English review: We had stayed at this hotel five times before, but this time we did not encounter the same friendly and helpful staff we had experienced during our previous stays. Although I explained the missing items and maintenance issues in our room, only one of them was fixed. The roller mechanisms of the room curtains were broken, so the curtains could not be opened or closed properly. In both of our rooms, the bathroom ceiling lights were flickering on and off. Housekeeping, which is done every three days, was not clean or detailed at all. Even though we reported the missing items in the room to the front desk, they were not provided. Unfortunately, I think we will no longer stay at this hotel, which we used to enjoy very much. I would also recommend that Expedia reconsider promoting this property, especially for the sake of its own reputation."

"Decent hotel, has smoking floors so be sure you know this going in and they are the middle floors for some reason. The rooms were kind of dirty, made reservations for a 2 queen room and when arriving they said they don't have one. Gave us a room with a bed and a couch. They did make it right the next day and we moved to the room we were supposed to get the day before. Its kind of off the beaten path and right next to the freeway. No in room coffee maker and the Wi-Fi is free for one device and if you want more you have to pay. It was a place to sleep. "

"The staff was friendly at check-in. We then went to our room, and it was, for lack of a better word, disgusting. The couch had a weird brown stain over most of the cushions. I went to the front desk and informed them. The man working the desk said there were no other rooms and he would make a note of it. I again addressed it when we checked out, yet nothing was done. At that time, I also informed him that the room in general was dirty. There were food crumbs on the bed and in the center drawer between the two beds. We checked in after midnight and were gone the next morning by 9am. Very disappointing. I have stay at Comfort Suites many times a year, as I travel for work. This was by far the worst experience. "
