"Stayed here for one night. We had a concert to attend at Bass Concert Hall and chose this due to its close proximity and not wanting to drive back to San Antonio late at night. Parking is underground and $40 (with in/out). Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave. Other than that, it was wonderful!"

"Room was damaged from various parts (hole in the wall), housekeeping didnt clean anything properly routinely-- the sink and toilet was dirty from the moment we checked in, to the point where we had to sanitize the area ourselves. "

"Amazingly vintage yet modern experience. Reminded me of home (Los Angeles). Room service was very quick and responsive while the front desk staff was extremely helpful and timely. Would 100% recommend to Poole visiting downtown Austin. "
