"Good stay"

"breakfast"

"Really good property I’ll go back The event went well too They were very friendly"

"Hotel is under renovation. When I stayed a month ago, laundry facility was closed. One Elevator wasn't operating. Overall maintenance wasn't that good. Hopefully they finish renovation good adaptation."

"I booked this hotel in Northwest Dallas close to the warehouses due to us having to do some business with a couple of wholesalersthat are close by. man what a mistake! The place is run down and so are all the restaurants around the motel. Look like they sell drugs out of the front door. The streets are beat to hell and no regard for order there. Will never recommend anyone to ever stay there."

"It is great to stay in a hotel where breakfast if offered in the morning with a wide variety of choices. I was very pleased with the size of my room. It was very spacious with a king bed and a sofa bed couch/sitting area. I did try to call the front desk either a question and found that the cord was missing to the phone, making it inoperable. I had to then take the elevator down to the desk to speak with them in person. Otherwise, all was good. I would pick Holiday Express again!"

"Definitely wouldn't stay here again. The only nice thing was the breakfast. The area is sooooo sketchy. There were homeless people and what I assume people on drugs in the area. I had no other choice but to stay here since our room was paid for and non refundable. The room was clean but there was tile falling off in the restroom and NO HOT WATER! I called the front desk and they informed me the pipe was busted and they didn't have an ETA of when it would be fixed. If this doesn't keep you away...

"I did have roaches in my room a hour after checking in"

"Took forever to check in"

"Nice renovations"

"The management process is very poor. I reserved a room for two beds which I already paid for, upon check-in at the lobby I was told my reservation was not available. The offer to give me a roon with one bed for a family of 5 one for a family of 5"
