"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back."

"I have never stayed in a more disgusting, poorly managed hotel in my life. We had to change rooms twice because the conditions were completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
