Pessimo staff

Avevano chiesto di dirci a che ora arrivavamo a kyoto station per venirci a prendere mesi prima. Ci siamo accordati di avvisarli 48 ore prima. Li avvisiamo 48 prima ma nessuno risponde. Arriviamo alla stazione al punto di incontro e non c era nessuno. Chiamiamo il numero indicato su expedia e la signora dice che non abbiamo nessuna prenotazione ma la nostra carta di credito era stata addebitata mesi prima! Poi la signora dice che non e’ suo l’appartaMento. Ci dice che avvisa chi segue L appartamento. Richiamiamo la signora e ci chiude il telefono in faccia. Cerchiamodi chiamare expedia certamente con il call center ma chiaramente voci registrate nessun aiuto. Pessimo servizio anche. Poi dopo ci arriva un messaggio da quelli della struttura dopo 90 minuti ad aspettare al freddo e ci scrivono che stanno arrivando alla struttura. Quindi prendiamo i mezzi per arrivare alla struttura dopo aver camminato tanto e troviamo due persone in abito che ci aspettano fuori dall appartamento che chiedono scusa ma non specificano il motivo di tutto questo casino. Entriamo nell appartamento e constatiamo che siamo attaccati alla stazione con passaggio a livello attaccato, tutta notte rumori dei treni e passaggi a livello. Nonfanno pulizia giornaliera. Il prezzo e altissimo. Pessimo servizio di expedia anche.
