The room was always spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty to eat at the breakfast. Also there’s great coffee across the street as well as a delicious bakery and a convenience store. Walking distance to shops and fish market as well as transportation. This is my second stay here and I’ll be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Shizutetsu Hotel in Kyoto, and to be honest, it was one of our most favorite stays in Japan. We appreciate the care that the hotel has for its guests comfort, best example was the massage chair and the feet massager. We recommend staying at this hotel 100%
