Exceptional service, hospitality and incredible kind hotel staff really enjoyed my stay there and i f i came back to kyoto i will stay there again i booked a premium double bed room room it was spacious and there are 3 maiko shows that the hotel offers for guests complimentary that was one of our highlights of our stay. thank you hyatt regency for making our stay experience exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Kyoto! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. A special thank you to Dennis, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

The Hyatt is conveniently located not far from a JR Sunday line from where one can reach almost all interesting locations in Kyoto. The rooms are well designed, clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant is nice and provides good food & good & friendly service but it is expensive compared to restaurants at the Ponto-cho. If one has a car parking is provided on site for a fee. My wife and I staid for 6 nights and we liked the hotel.

Really nice stay

Really nice stay at the Hyatt Regency for 5 nights. Staff were lovely - spacious room. Nice little touches like the Geisha dancer performance. Museum, temple and beautiful gardens/shrines on your doorstep. Short walk to Shichigo station to get up into Gion.
