Very very beautiful with traditional Japanese setting and very roomy. The hotel very safe and staffs were very helpful. Very convenient with washer/dryer inside the room. Also next to train station and bus station.

clean and spacious room with hospitable staff in a central location (right outside marutamachi station). our room came with a washer dryer unit which was convenient even though we didn't get to use it! the hotel is also right across a family mart, mcdonald's and 7-eleven so it was really convenient.

Great location near subway station entrance and across from the Imperial Palace in Kyoto. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was a great size. It was very clean and we liked having the washer/dryer to do laundry. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious. It could have even fit an additional family. It had a washer/dryer and a large shower area.

Great stay

Nice and spacious room. Generally great with only 1 complaint. There wasn’t any clothes rack to hang our clothes after washing. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

The staff were very helpful. The room we stayed in was a bigger space for 4 to 6 people. We have four people stayed there and still feel very spacious. I wish they have more hooks for hanging towels in the powder room. The surroundings area has lots of restaurants you can pick from family-owned to high-end restaurants. Many convenient stores around. Overall, we love it and definitely recommend this for family to stay.

The bathroom was very nice. The size of tub and shower were great as well as water pressure. The room size was a plus as well. The location and rooftop area were great as well. The daily cleaning was minimal. The front desk was attended 50% of the time we passed it. The sixth floor room was right next to the cleaning room which the workers passed by constantly. No major issue, just weird. Our room had a weird smell coming from under the sink. Overall, positives and negatives. For price, I thought would have been better seeing comparable hotels and prices.

The rooms that were given for 7 people were amazing! Spacious and have a lot of amenities also the staff was accommodating to every need! Will stay here again! One of the best hotel experience I had in Kyoto

Great hotel, Kind Staff

Everything in this Hotel is great. Very nice staff, clean room, good room service, good location. very nice Sushi restaurant in the back street. Subway satation is close. and Important, very nice Sauna on the second floor, good experence for everything.

Excellent hotel

Hotel is excellent. Staff was friendly. Wifi was fast and dedicated for each room. The tub was great. Location was convenient as it is essentially on top of subway station, with a direct line to the convention center. The only slight drawback is that you are a little ways from the action (about a 30 minute walk or 10 mins on buses). I would definitely stay here again, if visiting the convention center for business.

The only negative was that our room got hot and there was 1 small window and no air conditioner because the same temperature is shared for all rooms. Other than that, we really liked the room and the property.

The stay was fine but overshadowed by the fact that they charged 5,500¥ ($40) for losing a single room key card. This extremely high fee was not communicated during check in or during our stay. I have stayed in other hotels in the area that clearly post and communicate the lost key fee and it's never been this high (maybe 1000¥). We obviously were forced to pay it and the staff could only say that it was 'policy' with no explanation. I would encourage people to look for other properties that won't spring charges on you at the last minute.

아늑하고 편안한 호텔

스튜디오 사이즈로 세탁건조, 그리고 욕조가 있어서 아주 편하게 3박 4일 여행을 마쳤습니다. 지하철역 바로 옆에 있고 주변에 편의점, 슈퍼마켓까지 있어서 편리합니다. 쇼핑중심부에서는 조금 벗어나 있지만 근교로 나가기도 좋은 위치 입니다. 버스노선을 사용하면 휠씬 교토의 도시를 즐길 수 있는 장소에 있는 호텔입니다.

受付から全て外国人スタッフでした。 日本語会話は問題ないですが、漢字は読めないので領収書の発行の大変でした。一生懸命に対応していたので感じは良かったです。 内部は変な日本風の趣向が随所にあり、また部屋の作りは不便でした。海外にある日本風なスシレストランの様でした。清潔だったので、理解の上であれば、利用できると思います。

初めて利用させていただきました 高齢の母を連れて行く為、予め、メールでいくつかの質問をしました。 速攻で回答がきました 安心できる一番のポイントでした お部屋は清潔でした お風呂は檜風呂です 気持ちよかったです 乾燥機付洗濯機もお部屋にあり連泊に最適と思いました しいていうなら 　お水（特にお風呂）消毒の匂いがしました 田舎者なので敏感なのかもしれませんが。 もう１つ、洗面所にペーパータオル、それとも、タオルがもう一枚あればたありがたかったなと思います 総合的によかったと思います

京都に住んでいて、初めて京都での宿泊でした！1泊でしたがキッチン付きで料理ができ、 とても綺麗な部屋で良かったです⭐︎ ヒノキ風呂はとてもいい香りがして最高でした！洗濯機も付いているので便利すぎます。 一つ言うとするなら、ホームページを確認して用意はしましたが、調味料がないを知らずに行ってしまったので目の前のコンビニに走りました笑 海外の方がフロントで対応してくださいましたが、日本語も頑張ってお話ししてくださり ほっこりしました⭐︎ また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！！
