Excellent location to use the train, just a few minutes away, hotel is beautiful and modern, matcha in the lobby is sooo good, they upgraded our room for free, we loved it….. the only downside is the laundry facilities, there are only 3 machines for the entire hotel and they are small, so doing laundry was a very long process

The staff was fantastic; most spoke really good English. They were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful when shipping our luggage to our next hotel. The hotel was one of the best ones I’ve stayed in since far in Japan. Really clean and well maintained.Very close to the station and area activities. Will definitely stay here for future trips.

Picked hotel because it was close to the train and enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is safe and secure. Room as clean, beds were soft, but pillows are lumpy. Room could use a little updating, patched up shades and sitting chair was pealing, but no big deal. Shower was great. Exercise facilities are limited. An exercise bike would be appreciated. Having laundry was handy and check in and out was easy. Overall good stay.
