Been there for the second time now, January 2020, for a week, first time being December 2018. Nothing changed - still no hot water. Asked about it on reception before checking in - they lied they have hot water now. I really hoped it is so cause Russia forgave Ukraine's gas debts and gave a big discount - still, probably it is all gone/sold somewhere else :))) Kidding... BUT - why do they lie on reception??? Charged extra tourist tax, though I booked them through hotels.com and the taxes should have been included in the price they listed. Have a strong willing to fetch the receptionist up to my room and ask if they have some secret switch for hot water. Gees, it is not even close to warm. I remind you, it is 2020 now. Totally disappointed.How did they get 4stars?!Ukrainian corruption.In reality is 2stars hotel.
In the bath everything is broken and cheap stuff.Looks like microbes are everywhere.

I was given a room different to one showing in the picture. I was brown. Faulty shower, No bath tub, when taking a bath complete toilet get wet at the beginning (few days) , light above the mirror not working. Also cupboard mirror was in a very dangerous situation. After making several complains all these repaired and made it was a habitable room. Not the one showing, but it was room number 3040. The problem was could be no pre inspection before allocating the rooms. Very poor other service .

Ok for the Price

Kiev has become very expensive over the last 5 years. So this was the only option within city center. They have wonderful customer service but lack in all areas. I wish they had desks in the room.

Otel gerçekten çok soğuktu ! Yorumları okurken bu kadar soğuk olacağına ihtimal vermemiştim. Merkeze yakınlığı 6 km filan. Uber yolcuğuyla 75 grivna ödüyorsunuz kimi zaman yoğunluktan fiyat 85, yada 90’a kaaar çıkıyor. Merkezde ki otellerle bu otelin fiyat farkı 3 gecede 400 lira gibi bir rakam. Ama yok ben sadece uyuyacağım ve soğuktan etkilenmem biraz ekonomik olsun diyorsanız bu otel sizin için ideal ve ekonomik bir seçenek olabilir. Kış haricinde yazın bu otel tercih edilebilir. Tek problemi otel odası çok soğuk ve sıcak suları çalışmıyor olmasıydı.

The property is old and not well maintained,the beds are old and mine repeatedly fell apart and was not repaired properly; the staff can only do so much with such a run down property,the was even cieling leaking water in an area used for sitting and eating.i would never stay there again.

Die 1 Bettdecke für 2 Personen war viel zu klein. Auch das Bettlaken über den beiden Matrazen war mini, sodass stets am Rand die Matrazen heraus schauten.

Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiten waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Das (Standart) Zimmer sieht zwar vom Stil her schön aus, aber der Teppich war dreckig (Haare etc.), auf dem Nachttisch war ein klebriger Fleck. Die Toilette war sauber! Aber die Dusche hatte einen sehr schwachen Strahl. Die Möbel waren qualitativ hochwertig und in einem luxuriösen Stil. Die Holzleiste an der Wand war an einer Ecke nicht miteinander verbunden, das hat das Gesamtbild des Zimmers etwas gestört. Der Boden war kalt, aber man konnte die Heizung schön aufdrehen, das war gut. Alles in allem ein schönes Zimmer aber bis auf das Badezimmer nicht besonders sauber.

Horrible. Winter time no hot or warm water for 8 days staying. Breakfast looked not fresh.At the bar could pay with only cash. The area is industrial.

When I was trying to check in after 12 p.m. the guy on reception was so rude to me ,he said only after 3 p.m. ,the reason why ,they doesn’t had free room ,but if I’ll pay extra money they will have free room right away . Normally never had problems with that ,I was checking in after 12 all the time . In the room I had problems with water ,was cold or no water at all . Also the walls are so tiny that you can hear everything what’s going on next to your room .

The hotel did not have hot water, the beds were 2 twin beds joined together, sagging in the middle and I ended up changing rooms 4 times and it was the same in every room. The bed sheets were smaller than the beds and you wake up on a dirty mattress, with lots of body fluid, it was gross, The hotel staff were not helpful at all,

Добрый день! Если говорить в целом, то Отель на мой взгляд показался на 3*, но никак ни 3+ и тем более 4*... Начну с парковки, её практически нет, вернее она есть, но в лучшем случае там можно разместить 10-15 автомобилей, и это печально. Далее, рядом недострой, причём настолько рядом, что вид из окна моего полулюкса был прямо на мрачно серый и грязный недострой. Персонал не особо приветлив ( Завтрак, ну тут я промолчу лучше. ( Отсутствует элементарная мелочь, такая, как вода в бутылках, стаканчики до зубные принадлежности, в душе шторка(!), и это полулюкс!!! Нет даже полочки в душевой, где можно ставить принадлежности... Ну такое. Вообщем 3* и не самые лучшие. Всем удачного выбора!

Would not recommend; stayed there for almost a week (had an advance reservation) and there was no heating at all and it was extremely cold late autumn season. Every day they kept saying “tomorrow.” In addition to that, the “hot” water wasn’t hot, wasn’t even warm, more like lukewarm, barely distinguishable from the “cold” water. And the hotel does not rake credit cards, only cash, what?!!

Man bekommt was man bezahlt! Dieses Mal war das Schloss der Badezimmertür defekt und die Bettdecken waren nicht bezogen. Die Laken lagen im Schrank und so haben wir es eben selber gemacht. Kein Problem. Top sind die Lage zu Zhulyany und der Preis. Wer gut Essen gehen will kann zu Fuss ins Restaurant Orkhan, Fastivska St. gehen. Liegt im Gewerbegebiet versteckt, ist aber sehr gut. Können kein Englisch haben aber Speisekarte mit Bildern.

Comfortable but a bit cold hotel

The room was very cold (in September). Just a single sheet, nothing else. I asked for a blanket or even sheet but got nothing. In the end they gave us a radiator .. just one but we had 3 rooms so we had to share it. Otherwise the hotel was more or less normal, but it's situated in a middle of nowhere. There's a grocery store in 200 meteres but nothing else. Takes 20 min to order a taxi and without taxi you can'¨t get anywhere (except for public transport... but nothing within walking distance). Wifi was fast though... Food and bear is more expensive than in the center of the city. For example in Maidan 0.5L of beer cost around 1€, in the hotel 2€...
