"Man crossing the River" was unveiled on the 1st of May 2004 to commemorate the Polish entry into the European Union. The sculpture was placed on a rope stretched between the banks of the Brda river and was designed so that its centre of gravity is below the wire, which gives it its balance.

Saint Andrew Bobola's Church (1903) has a Neo-Gothic style, distinctive of German Protestant churches at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1945 the church was handed over to the Catholic community. The spire is 75 m high, making the church the highest building in Bydgoszcz.
The Main Post Office was built at the end of the 19th century in the so-called Prussian style. #Architecture #Trovember
