Perfect

Our stay was perfect! The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful. Other things I really liked about the hotel: Our room was spacious and clean. Our bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice and had a great side. I only have good things to say about my stay and recommend everyone to stay here.

Mencionar los nombres que recuerdo ( perdón al resto por la falta de memoria ) Hosam, Made, Ayu y Anter the shisha expert ( mejor shisha que he probado ) y también Armand que preparó el visado y transportes desde el aeropuerto para mi y mi compañero de viaje Bassem.Muchas gracias por hacernos felices durante nuestra estancia y por vuestras recomendaciones para cenar ( especialmente las gambas con salsa y el pan que es una delicia ). Extremely poor service

The staff were extremely rude especially the main front desk. They assured me everything was in order before my stay then cancelled saying "single individuals cannot stay" at the last minute. They misled me to think everything was ready for my stay when in fact it was not. This created a huge nightmare for me. It was absolutely unprofessional. I dont even know if I have gotten my deposit back. Im disgusted.

Gem of a hotel in Kuwait

Fantastic new hotel in Kuwait. The hotel has large clean rooms, comfy beds, a good sized gym, a lovely cafe on the ground floor and offers a great breakfast in the restaurant. Now to the best bit, the wonderful staff who go above and beyond ( every single one of them). A special word for the manager Mr Mohamed and Yayha. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely be back!
