"We were so impressed with this establishment! The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful, even helping us figure out how to make space for everything in our room. We paid for the laundry service and got it back the next morning, all folded and neat for us. She also let us park out front and keep our parking place several hours after we had checked out so that we could tour the Gjirokaster castle. This was invaluable as driving and parking in Gjirokaster is harrowing. Breakfast was included and was excellent and filling. I cannot recommend this place more highly!"

"Room, location & the venue were excellent. However the automatic light in the bathroom stayed on too long & kept the room lit up. Couple of the staff on in the evening were a bit cold & unfortunately we couldn't do the full experience with the gin or the raki either. Breakfast was great though & overall a nice place to stay in the depths of Albania."

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for planning our days and staying connected. The location couldn’t be better—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.
