The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The condition of the property is outdated and in need of renovation. Check-in was problematic, and the reception staff were abrupt, non-customer friendly, and lacked professionalism. Overall, not a welcoming experience and disappointing for a Best Western. Would not recommend based on the current service level.

I was very happy with this hotel. I ended up not feeling great from being out in the heat all day and asked them for a second room, which I was able to get with no issue. The AC was amazing, the shower was great and I slept incredibly well. I was well-rested the next day and ready to continue to our next destination. My only complaint is that the breakfast was awful - they could do better here. BW is not a high-end chain, but they tend to have halfway decent breakfasts, especially abroad..this one was not.

Alles okay. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Die Lage toll. Das Bett wirklich bequem. Das Frühstück haben wir allerdings nach der ersten Erfahrung ausgelassen. Und in der Bar gab es Mindestverzehr. Finde ich schwierig, wenn man nicht noch auf ‚EINEN Absacker‘ in die Bar kann.

Wir kehrten mit 2 kleinen Kindern ein und bekamen ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Erst beim einchecken sagte man uns, dass an dem Tag ein Techno-Event im Haus (6. Stock direkt über uns) stattfinde und dieses bis 3 Uhr nachts ginge. Die Nacht war der Horror. Bis 5 Uhr frühs wurden wir mit lautem Techno beschallt. Wir sind echt nicht empfindlich aber sogar die Möbel wackelten vor Lautstärke und Bass. Weiter hatte das Restaurant wegen des Events nicht geöffnet. Nie wieder Best Western!

THE place to stay in Kutaisi

The two ladies at reception were amazing. The suites are pretty decent size. The sofa bed however wasn't the most comfortable. Hotel has great location and is very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

Great hotel in a perfecto location in Kutaisi. The stuff is very helpful. Igori from reception made sure I felt like at home. Also a really good breakfast.

Comfortable hotel with a great location

The hotel is in a great location right beside the white bridge and the downtown area with good restaurants and shopping. The room is what you would expect from Best Western. It was comfortable enough with a pull out sofa. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was good if you are looking for an escape from Georgian food for a meal. The breakfast was okay. There was enough variety.

Pathetically maintained hotel….

Hotel is not well maintained. Initially we were given room no 502. On entering a foul/ bad smell welcomed us… sofa was full of dog hair and on the sofa there was a mark of pee. Guys you need to clean this, how one can stay in this. On complaint, reception did change the room. But some small issues were cropping up like insect in bathroom, smell in bathroom etc. property has nice fit out but it is not very well maintained. There housekeeping team need a complete overhaul.

The rooms are super small. As if you are living in Japan. The air conditioning does not work. Woke up in the night to set the thermostat. Called the maintenance to fix it, nothing happened.
