Hay mejores hoteles y para ser un st regis se queda corto

Highlights: Staff is amazing and helpful. Although we had a packaged delivered and it was lost (due to the event), I appreciate multiple people looking for it. They also answered any questions we had and I found them to be friendly. The property is beautifully decorated and everything feels brand new. Misses: Elevators are slow and are not modern as with other hotels, when both elevators are selected by someone on a floor waiting, the other elevator is cancelled out. On multiple occasions we were waiting upwards of 10 minutes to get to our room. Additionally, there is no security feature and anyone from anywhere can get into the floors via elevator or staircase. I found this to be unsettling as a woman. While it was mentioned to us via email that there would be a party, it was loud beyond belief til at least 3-5 am and then again at 7am. People yelling and talking loudly in the hallways, rooms having full on parties. The noise was so loud it could be heard over a sound machine. If you’re going to give an Ibiza or Miami vibe, be transparent about it on your website. We were not the only ones that were surprised by this as there were children roaming around and also pets that clearly were scared from the noise. It is a lovely hotel but at the end of the day, it’s not for me. And this is coming from someone that travels to party. I want to come back to get some rest and relaxation, not party and sleep in the same location.

Places clean parking was terrible. Staff was helpful. Parking was horrendous when I go back only if I had guaranteed parking.
