The property was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious with a great view from the balcony. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus for a hotel room. More than anything was the great hospitality from the staff, especially the owner, Orhan who met us late at night, helped us with the luggage and personally took us to the House of Virgin Mary and advised us how best to visit Ephesus. Can’t recommend the property enough and definitely will stay again.

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are so nice and the rooms are large and clean. The location is perfect; it is walking distance from the beach, many restaurants, lots of shopping, and cool historical sites. The one difficulty is parking, but that is a general problem in this city. Really enjoyed our stay.

Super friendly hosts, very clean and well appointed suite, but don't stay here if you want a quiet night's sleep, the music from the pub across the hotel is very annoyingly loud and carries on non-stop till 3am!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Orhan (the owner) and Rodina Suite. Orhan is extremely helpful and nice even before we arrive, always checking up on us if everything was ok. The apartment was clean and the location is very walkable from the main road, and safe even late at late nights. Shout out also to Aladdin, the night concierge - great guy with a smile always. No regrets if you are need a place to stay in Kusadasi

Couldnt sleep and no internet.Rooms/staff are nice

Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. There is a very loud bar next door with live music that plays until 3am. We could not sleep at all. The wifi didnt work as well. It would be 5 stars if it wasnt extremely loud every night and if we had internet. I'm surprised the local neighbors allow the bar to cause such a problem.

The property is clean. Washer machine is really nice touch. Hostess does not say a lot of English, but still nice and communicable. The biggest issue is the noise from the bar across the narrow street. Bar opens until 5am, so noise lasts pretty much all night long (for double twin beds room). I don’t know if other types of room would get this issue tho.

We loved the facilities. The staff was very helpful. We loved how close it was to everything. Apartment was very clean. Front desk isn't staffed 24hours like it says on expedia but that was not a problem at all. We loved everything about the place with the exception of the noise. It was soooo loud that we could even feel the vibrations from the speakers next door. Getting any actual sleep before 4am was almost impossible. It's not the fault of the hotel, just the location. They did try to relocate us on the last night to another room on another floor but we just didn't want to move the luggage up another level. They gave us a peace offering of a fresh fruit bowl which was really nice. If noise doesn't bother you, then i highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay

We stayed at Rodina suites last week for 6 nights . Both Meltem and Huseyin were so helpful and kind . We had had to leave our previous accommodation as it was not suitable . We asked if we could leave our bags at the hotel at 10 am . Huseyin said that we could arrive anytime and our room was ready , despite the website suggesting 3pm . The suite was very clean with everything we needed . This included t bags / coffee/ milk , juice and water / shampoo . Also plenty of spare towels and blankets . The room was large and spotlessly clean . We saw Melten every day and she was really helpful and walked us to where to get a taxi and booked us a taxi to Ephesus . The accommodation is in the centre of the bazaar and a short walk to the harbour and restaurants. We loved being in the center . We couldn’t fault the accommodation . The only issue I would highlight was the night club nearby , with loud music until 3am . We had earplugs so did not bother us . My only suggestion would be that maybe ear plugs could be provided. I would fully recommend the Rodina suites

Great place

Such a great option in the old town. Extremely well equipped and the hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Only thing that was a downside was the no access by car and no indication of that prior to arriving or providing example of parking. With two little babies it would have been practical to know.

Huge 65 sq meter (700 square feet) unit 1 was absolutely wonderful. Convenient to everything in the heart of the old town. The best management team you can imagine with years of experience. Orhan the owner and his assistant gave us a personal tour of all the sites in the area, including Ephesus. Shopping and restaurants are just a few steps away. Very close to the dock where the cruise ships into the harbor. The place was spotless, and even came with a fruit basket. I feel very fortunate to have selected this hotel and would stay here many times again if I’m in the area. 5 STARS *****

Giriş yaptığımızda otel gayet temizdi, memnun kalacağımızı düşündük ta ki sabah 06:00 ya kadar süren müzik sesini 23:00 da odaya girdiğimizde deneyimleyene kadar. Gece uyumak imkansız. Bulunulan caddedeki müzik sesleri odanın içinde çalıyor gibi. Buraya otel ruhsatı dahi verilmemesi lazım, o derece bir gürültü. Tabi turizm bakanlığı gece denetim yapmıyordur. Sabaha kadar dışarıda takılmayacaksanız burada kalmayın, zira uyumak imkansız.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti; La struttura è pulitissima , quasi nuova al interno,dotata di tutto il necessario per un aparthotel. Il letto comodissimo, le lenzuola di qualità , la responsabile della struttura molto molto gentile , cordiale e con la premura di fare tutto il possibile per una piacevole permanenza. L'unico inconveniente è la musica forte che si sente di notte proveniente dal pub accanto. Non è la colpa della gestione del hotel,è la posizione. Con un paio de tappi per le urechi(che io non sono stata ispirata a procurarmi) si può fare🎧😄. Consiglio
