Very friendly staff and good food. You’ll likely be satisfied as long as you don’t set your expectations too high. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but functional. The beach area, however, may not be ideal for non-swimmers.

Für Kurzurlauber durchaus zu empfehlen. Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war alles sehr gut. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Ort und Lage ist als Top zu bewerten. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es an den Snackbar´s. Dort war das Essen leider ungenießbar. Pommes nicht gut fritiert, Pizza nur mit Meis und Käse, Hamburgerfleisch mit Lamm, nur Selfservice, und die Hambugerbrötchen waren nicht frisch. Snachbar´s am Pool leider sehr unhygienisch. Negativ war, dass die Siebe besonders an den Kinderpools und Rutschenbereich zerbrochen und lückenhaft waren. Zerbrochene Plastikteile von den Sieben lagen am Pool herum. Große Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. Hier sollte das Hotelmanagement sofort tätig werden.

Öncelikle personel yetersiz ve nitelikli değildi(muhtemelen az para çok iş beklentisi yüzünden), afrikada daha steril kabileler vardır. Yemekler ortalama ancak çürük limon ve domatesleri müşteri önüne koymazsın, bardaki alkol çeşitliliği yetersizdi akşam yemeğinde rakı isteyen bir müşteri buz olmadığı için vazgeçti, sürekli bir şeyler eksik, açık büfeden lobi kısmına çıkarken bar tarafı berbat kokuyordu ve 2 gün boyunca koku devam etti daha anlatıcak çok şey var ancak kelimeler yetersiz. Dipnot ilk defa her şey dahil bir tatilde türk kahvesine para ödedim.

Orta dereceli bir herşey dahil otel.

Öncelikle otel çok bakımsız ve bazı yerleri eski görünüyor. Bahçeler , ağaçlar , ışıklandırmalar, boya eksiklikleri çok fazla göze çarpıyor. Lobiden katlara tek yerden asansör mevcut. Plaja inen asansörün lambasından su akıyordu ve çok ciddi bir problem olmasına rağmen 4 gün boyunca hiçbir müdahalede bulunulmadı. Denizi sürekli dalgalı ve iskele merdiveni kullanıma kapalıydı 3 gün.(sabitlemesi olmadığı için) Denizde yüzmek mümkün olmayınca havuzlar çok kalabalık ve kirliydi. Aquapark yalnız 2 saat açıktı (4gün içinde) Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı ve yemekler genel olarak güzeldi. Çok kalabalık olduğu için barlardan içeçek almak uzun süre alıyordu. Alkoller genel olarak orta-iyiydi. Çalışanlar kötü değildi ama sanki zoraki iş yapıyoruz havasındaydılar. Eğlence imkanları , animasyonlar geliştirilebilir ama bu halleriyle tatmin edici değillerdi. Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi, odamız da temizdi. Çoğu zamanımızı lobi latındaki balkonda manzaraya karşı geçirdik diyebilirim.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir tabiatın içinde. Ulaşımı kolay bir lokasyonda. Sorunsuz bir şekilde girişimizi yaptık. Odalar gayet temiz düzenli ve herşey çalışır durumdaydı. Yemekler, tatlılar, kahvaltılıklar lezzet olarak yeterli seviyedeydi. Yorumlardan birinde kızmızı et namına çok birşey beklemeyin demişti. Doğru söylemiş. Izgaralar daha çok beyaz et ağırlıklı ancak lezzetli. Oda temizliğinden şikayet edenler haksızlık ediyor. Çünkü siz kapıya odamı temizleyin yazısını astığınız takdirde gerekli temizlik yapılıyor. Eksi yönleri olarak ana binada asansör yetersiz bazen gelmesini uzun süre bekleyebiliyorsunuz. 4 günlük tatilde denizi bir kez deneyimledik çünkü koyda kirlilik birikmesi söz konusuydu bu belki dönemsel olduğu için bizim şansızlığımız da olabilir. Havuzlar yeterli ancak temizlik olarak biraz daha özen gösterilmeli, genel olarak bulanık bir görüntüsü vardı. İkramlar alkoller gece 23 e kadar kesintisiz devam ediyor. Çalışan arkadaşlar ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yapma gayretindeler. Son olarak verilen fiyata alınan hizmet ne eksik ne fazla bu nedenle ben memnun bir şekilde otelden ayrıldım.
