"Location is amazing. The hotel rooms are large. Our bathroom was fully remodeled with a giant tub and a separate shower and a separate toilet. Rooms had very squeaky floors and I mean like super loud. The plants inside the hotel needed a bit of a dusting. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. "

"Room was functional but not the most comfortable. The real issue was the reception and checking in, I had to scan a QR code and register at reception, then the receptionist rudely asked me the same questions, I think he could have just read them off my passport that I handed to him in the first place. He then said I have to sleep in bed number 1, making me concerned I have booked a shared room... I was in a single room with one bed. Unneccessarily rude.
I stayed in a few budget hotel brands this week and unfortunately this was the only one where I felt uncomfortable."

"Best engineered hotel I have stayed in every thing was functional and beautifully thought through.. praise indeed to the designer.. most Hotels seem to be developed by people that don’t travel and don’t stay in hotels .. whoever designed this hotel clearly knows what a good night sleep away from your own surroundings should be .. 5*"

"Best place to stay in Graz if you have a car or don’t mind tanking the street car into downtown. The rooms and breakfast are great. Staff is chill and there is a grocery store, cafe and other small restaurants nearby. Love it!"
