街中なのに静かで落ち着けます

ショッピング街の中にあって、何かと便利でした。1Fはお店のフロアと直結していているので、部屋からコート要らずです。ペットボトルの水のサービスも良かったし、バスタブとシャワーのスペースが別なのも嬉しいですね。 ネットのセキュリティが厳しくて、使い切れなかったのが残念でした。

Acceptable 4-star hotel

The location is excellent. It is right at the city center. Shopping malls and the pedestrian-only streets are either downstairs or just round the corner. It is convenient to get a taxi to places of interest, such as the Kunming Lake, West Hill, Minority races cultural center, the Flower market and the provincial museum. Room is spacious and clean, but the fittings seems aged. The breakfast food are mainly Chinese dishes with limited variety. Overall, it is acceptable as a 4-star hotel, but definitely not the quality of an expected 5-star.

酒店地點非常方便，坐落在金麃廣場購物中心商場上面，商場內購物，飲食，看戲，唱Ｋ都齊備。附近步行不超過１０分鐘都可以找到大型百貨中心，商業步行街，大型超市等等。 酒店重新裝修不久，房間內的設備用品等等都可以接受。但設計上感覺有點舊式。 房間整體整潔度滿意。 酒店提供７種不同軟硬度的枕頭供旅客選擇，加分。 因入佳時是初春，房間的冷氣不能操作控制，酒店另外提供流動式冷風機。 酒店的自助式早餐種類都很多很豐富，加分。

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. The region is excellent with a lot of shops and restaurants close by. We will definitely return to Golden Eagle hotel on our next visit to Kunming.

They worked hard to accomodate our needs in every way. The majority of the staff did not speak much English, but they made sure there was ALWAYS someone who could speak to us, which was very helpful. I strongly recommend you pick a package that includes breakfast as it is much more economical that way.

The room which I stayed in was absolutely beautiful. I felt the hotel paid attention to the smallest of details (eg. there was a menu of about 7 pillow choices and it described the different functions of each, there were facial masks provided (at a fee) for those who feel like rejuvenating their skin after a flight). The wifi was good and everything was clean. As I only stayed in Kunming for about 22 hours due to a layover, I enjoyed the hotel for a night. Wish I could've stayed a little longer. The area was convenient to food places or a very short taxi ride.

Good hotel, very noisy!

Room was good, everything was nice. Good breakfast spread. Wifi was pretty good for China. Main cons: the AC is really not good. I think they turn it off at night, so in the mornings it is so stuffy and it takes hours and hours for the room to cool down. Staff brought me in some kind of portable fan. But still not great! At night time there is a club or something downstairs - the thumping and loud noise went on until well after 1am every night - this was very very unpleasant.
