"Not clean bathroom and our room, frige not working, when calling staff for they asked to call different number and they say will come and they never did. We didnt eat their breakfast as we knew the standard. When i asked the staff wanted t o see the manager they said ne was not there this happened few times. Staff were acting really strange. I mentioned on 1st day fridge not working they said its working i put my medicine and after 10 hours its gone bad as f r ide not working "

"The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly.
