Das Hotel ist gut, um mal kurz vom Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man sich wünscht.wir hatten ein Appartment, was gut war.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Barbereich hat ein modernes Ambiente, welches sich sehr gut in das Gesamtkonzept des Hotels einfügte. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Aussenbereich der zum verweilen einlädt, so dass man sein Getränk auch draußen genießen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man bekommt direkt eine kleine Einführung in die Räumlichkeiten f. Wellness- und Frühstückbereich. Apropos, das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich vielfältig und es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Schönes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück mit sehr netten Bedienung. Ausgesprochen sauber. Wird täglich geputzt. Es gibt wohl unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien im Hotel. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Altbau bekommen. Leider war das Zimmer viel kleiner und bescheidender als gebucht. Außerdem entsprach das Badezimmer (sehr klein) und die Duschkabine (alte Ausführung mit Schiebetüren mit ziemlich schmalem Einstieg, nicht wie im Internet ) nicht den Bildern. Alles gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super! Im ganzen hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Idyllisches, stilvolles und inhabergeführtes Hotel. Gepflegte Haus und kleine Gartenanlage mit Strandkörben. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Lage: in unmittelbarerer Strandnähe im ursprünglichen Teil West-Kühlungsborn. Erstklassiges Frühstück, das in dem Umfang seines Gleichen sucht. Hochwertige Lebensmittel (keine Billigwurst) und selbstgemachte Salate, Fisch und warme Speisen. Wellness und Sauna gegen Bezahlung. Wir bekamen zur Überraschung bei Anreise ein Upgrade für ein 2-Zimmer-Appartement mit neuem Badezimmer und 2 großen Fernsehern mit WLan und Balkon zur Südseite.Nette und familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel. Parken direkt am Hotel für 10 Euro pro Nacht. Daneben ein öffentlicher gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz (von 19 -9 Uhr gebührenfrei).

Unsere Junior-Suite war an der Straße gelegen, sollte Meerblick haben. Wenn man auf dem Balkon steht könnte man die See sehen, damit sollte nicht geworben werden. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und sehr kalt. Riesige Spinnenweben, Heizung wird nie richtig warm, sogar die Hotelmitarbeiterin sagte bei unserer Reklamation, der Heizkörper wäre viel zu kalt. Auch im Frühstücksraum ist die Heizung auf Stufe 5 und man sollte sich wärmer kleiden zum Frühstück. Die Betten sind gefühlt "durchgelegen" wir haben noch nie in so einem schlechten Bett geschlafen. Der TV ist winzig und für eine Junior-Suite ein Witz. Es gibt KEIN RESTAURANT und KEINE BAR im Hotel!!! Die Farbe an der Wandtapete war teilweise abgekratzt und insgesamt hat das Zimmer keine 4 Sterne Ausstattung. Außer eine Dame beim Frühstück insgesamt ein sehr schlechter Service. Wir wurden heute gefragt ob wir mit anderen Gästen in die Sauna wollen. Nur dann kann mann diese für 12€ / Person aufpreispflichtig nutzen, zu zweit keine Chance. Der Bereich ist so klein, dass man in einem 4 Sterne Haus nicht auf Sauna-Mitbenutzer-Suche gehen sollte. Insgesamt kostet hier gefühlt alles Geld. Nicht mal der Tresor im Zimmer ist ohne Pfand nutzbar! Wellness nur outgesourct und Fitness gibt es nicht. Der Parkbereich ist sehr eng und gerade in Hotelnähe nur etwas für sehr gute Einparker - natürlich kostenpflichtig. Das Gepäck kann man dann selber über Stufen ins Hotel schleppen.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und nah an der Ostsee gelegen. Ein Landeplatz für E- Auto vorhanden.👍 Nachteil , es befindet sich kein Fahrstuhl im Haus für Gepäck .
