The suite are very nice however during our second stay the room got changed due to the problem with the door as mentioned by the staff. The room is basically horrible... the room is quite dusty, the water heater is nonfunctional, the air conditioner is nonfunctional in the middle of the night and the light at the makeup table nonfunctional.

Staff Mesra Tetapi Hotel Yang Agak Usang

Staff yang mesra tp keadaan hotel yang agak usang dan tidak terurus. Perabot harus ditukar kerana telah terlalu lama. Siaran tv juga agak teruk, harus menggunakan satelit tv. Tiada kemudahan wifi seperti dojanjikan di dalam website.

2 nights stay for family outing

Rural area covered with big tree with green environment and adjacent to petrol station, wet market, mini market, bank, laundry and food stall within few minutes drive.

The room is nice, the facilities are great and worth the price we pay. The distance is too close to any eating and shopping spots in shah alam.

Improvement

Too bad since the lift was not functioning and my parents need to climb until fourth floor. Need to speed up the reception process as well. There are a lot can be improve. Please take action.

A run down resort

The cafe staffs are not so helpful. No smiling face and their on job training need to be assist. My suggestion is that the management should do some spot check at the cafe.

Unsatisfactory

Website stated free wifi but no wifi was provided eventually. Towels were provided only in the late evening upon request. The buildings and rooms look old.
