I had a very nice stay at Banyan Tree KL. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathtub and bathroom. Comfort level was high, staff was excellent. Lots of little attentions in the room (essential oil, yoga mat, smart toilet - scared me at first!). There is a nice pool and the breakfast was excellent. It's pricey, but a nice treat!

Amazing hotel, best one I have stayed. Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars. Amazing views, very very nice bathrooms with views from the window, amazing breakfast, good location. I could leave there for ever.

Best Rooftop Bar

Great Hotel in convenient location. Near to KLCC, Petronas Towers and with adjustment to Pavilion Shopping Mall. Don’t miss Vertigo Bar on level 58 and above. We took a Grab from the airport to the hotel, app 1 hrs. Back to the airport we took a Grab to KL Sentral and the KLIA ekspres train, nice experience. I can recommend the Banyan Tree and come back in a heartbeat. The hotel is great but the rooftop bar is out of this world

Awesome hotel to unwind and relax

Great hotel to relax and unwind. The ambience of the hotel is amazing and the staff so helpful. Had a great stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities and the excellent restaurant and bars. The views from the Vertigo bar are the cherry on top. The Retreat room is a really treat with lots of great touches and a epic shower room.

It was a luxurious experience, the service was out of this world and the entire property just felt really safe with a super nice view from the room. The breakfast and food were pretty good as well and it was definitely worth the price for the stay if you are looking for something more luxurious. The room was very spacious together with the toilet and there was even a toto washlet toilet bowl!

I liked the view and overall the facility, I really did not like the experience at Vertigo bar. The staff was particulary rude. Also, after we reported it at the reception, nothing happened.

My experience was not very good, the weather is hot, we are at 32 to 33 degrees, the elevators do not have air conditioning, there are 32 floors to enter the Lobby, when there are several in elevators you are sweating, the Gym is very small, literally it is 30 meters , I went to the SPA to use the facilities such as Sauna and not there for guests, only if you take a massage and they do not have a steam room, only one in the same massage room that is not professional, the guests do not have SPA Facilities, yes there massage, the Gym is not feasible, the heat in the lobby is 30 degrees, I am surprised that the Brand allows them to have a Hotel that does not meet the standards. If you are demanding and you like a good Gym and a SPA, this is not the Hotel, if you want to sweat in the elevator, the same thing.

客室はかなり清潔でお風呂もお部屋も広く、スイートルームのようであった。場所も中心部に位置しており、Pavlionという巨大なショッピングモール直結の一等地。スタッフもみんな優しくかなり快適。朝食はメイン料理とドリンクは注文式で一部のみビュッフェ形式になっている。種類は少ないが、どれもとても美味しい。スタッフもみんな愛想が良い。強いてマイナスポイントを言うなら、たまに注文した飲み物の提供が遅い時があった。偶々忙しい時間だったかもしれないが、別日はすぐに料理も飲み物も提供された。

This is a luxurious hotel that is very grand and spacious with huge rooms and a stunning rooftop bar. The staff were extremely kind and quick to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was very generous and was in a nice setting. Overall we had a comfortable and peaceful stay. Unfortunately there were just a few things that could have made our stay better for the price we paid. The room itself had a very good layout, however it wasn't 100% clean when we arrived and the shower (which in principle was very cool and high tech) didn't work very well/hadn't been maintained. We could also hear next door very loudly while in the bathroom, as if they were in the same room! The pool had a great view of the twin towers but it would have been nicer if the glass panels had been clean or the facility had been outdoors with a bar or similar! We got the feeling that this hotel was less for tourists and more for luxury residents/business trips so I suppose it makes sense why the pool was quiet and private. I would just be wary of that if booking for a holiday. Lastly, it is almost impossible to walk to anywhere close to the hotel. Even heading to the Pavilion shopping centre directly opposite is quite tricky to get to. However this isn't a major inconvenience as the Grab taxi service is so smooth across KL! Overall, this is a peaceful and luxurious hotel with great staff and service, however at times it feels not very well suited as a holiday destination.

we have booked a expensive room category. We checked in after check in time, but room was not ready. So we checked in two hours later. When entering the room we wanted to use our private pool in the room. However, we could not feel save as the cables of the lamp were visible. The hotel managed our complaint very badly. So we were very unhappy with this hotel in regards of room condition and service.

Outstanding!

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)
