This hotel shows its age, but the surroundings make up for it. The sheets are clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. One standout feature is the digital service, where you can scan a QR code to order room service or check out directly from your room.

Good location hotel to stay

The room is big, feel relax when stay in. Cleaniless acceptable, the whole building need refurbish 😊 look old. WIFI signal horrible, better use your own Internet

Room was spacious, aircon was strong enough. No daily housekeeping for the first 3 nights, but was able to ask for toiletries when required. However, it took some time for them to be delivered. Location was good and had convenience stores nearby as well.

Still a great hotel but standards are slipping

This is still a great place to stay but standards are unfortunately dropping. House keeping has been reduced to every 3rd day and several delights that were offered in the Executive Lounge are no longer available, including relaxing there outside breakfast and afternoon tea times, where in the past you could enjoy a free hot drink and some nibbles. I hope these reduced services are reflected in the prices, but all in all this is still a great place to stay.

The place itself is still okay just might need more updating. But there aren’t really anything around the hotel. Walking during daytime is fine, when it turns dark it doesn’t feel safe because the street lights are limited & no shops are open nearby. Walking at night really is scary because there’s no proper walkway leading around the hotel.

The location is good as it is next to BBCC and my preferred LRT station of Hang Tuah. There are reasonably priced hawker food stalls nearby and Time Square and other Bukit Bintang shopping malls within walking distance. Like other places in the city most of the roads do not have proper pedestrian paths. The hotel is getting old and would be good if there is some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and good sized but room amenities seem to be less than in the past. The towels are not fluffy at all. They need to be replaced. I don't like the idea of water dispenser on every floor. I prefer bottled water as well as jugs for boiling water. The food at breakfast is pretty good but after 3 days it gets a bit tiresome. Overall the staffin reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

それほど高くないホテルです。

ホテルの設備はやや古いですが、通常の使用には問題はないです。シャワーの水圧も高いです。交通のアクセスは良いです。近くにlalaportやTimes Squareがありショッピングが楽しめます。歩道もあるところもありますが、横断歩道がないエリアもありますので気をつけて移動することが大事だと思います。現地の人やアジアの旅行者が多いホテルで、日曜日は大変混んでいました。

Very good Hotel and Rooms on the Executive Floor

Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety. Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

Resonale Choice with some limitation

Reasonable Choice for the space, location with Grab and price. It is old facility with good condition. Hard to access near by location in Bukit Bintang because of one-way street.
