Good hotel, not so good parking

Everything about the room is perfect, the hotel is 3 min walk to the beach and multiple restaurants, however do be very careful when parking and you can have cars blocking you out in the morning and the hotel does nothing to prevent this

This hotel is run by multiple generations of the same family who were all so nice and welcoming. The lady owner was a delight, whilst she didn’t speak English we communicated in other ways and she even got us a little gift when we left. The hotel beach is a 2km walk away but is much nicer than the others which are far busier and all had awful loud pumping music and again nothing was to much trouble for the staff there. The family who run this hotel really made our stay and we wouldn’t hesitated to recommend this hotel as an absolutely must stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful (though is a buffet so manage your expectations).

The hotel is in a very central location yet away from noise. The staff are excellent—attentive and helpful. The cleanliness is outstanding. Breakfast is satisfying. We were very pleased with our 5-day stay. Highly recommended, 10/10.

The main problem is they have central cooling and they control the thermostat so the AC is not really controlled in the room. They turned it off in the middle of the night which caused me to wake up multiple times through out the night even when the night low was 29c. They are trying to save a buck at the discomfort of their clients even when there is a record heat wave. Shame on you Secondly, upon check in they tried to double charge me for the room. The front desk lady was extremely insistant that she was not trying to double charge me. I explained, I paid through Expedia showed the payments and the front desk girl still argued about it with me and threated to get the manager. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 13h et il n’y avait personne à l’accueil, j’ai patienté pendant 20 minutes et je suis parti manger, quand je suis revenu, j’ai croisé, il me semble une des femmes de ménage qui ne s’est pas très bien parler anglais donc elle a appelé un monsieur par téléphone et j’ai pu communiquer avec lui pour lui indiquer que j’avais une chambre de réserver pour deux nuits. La communication est très mauvaise, c’est dommage, je n’ai vu personne à l’accueil pendant les deux jours. Malgré tout, la femme de ménage est super gentille, la chambre est très propre, le lit très confortable l’hôtel est très bien placé et il y a un parking

Hotel bem localizado com fácil acesso a praia. Café da manhã deixou a desejar com poucas opções e em local não apropriado. Na Albania não conhecem porta de box e sempre molha muito o banheiro quando se toma banho.

Die Lage war gut ,Strand nah (Kostenpflichtige Sonnenschirm und Liegen ) und der kostenfreier Strand cirka 2 km weit mit grosen Steinen,Frühstücksbüffe mangelhaft nur ein Getränk im Preis enthalten ,störend fanden wir die Türen die waren sehr laut und manchmal funktionierte die Karte nicht. und nur ein Getränk in Preis

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious, beautifully presented and cooked to order. We were given a spacious balcony with a sea view. The hotel is clean and modern. We wish that we had more time to stay longer!

Underbart mysigt hotell

Vi hade det toppen på detta hotellet. Kristina i receptionen var nog den mest vänlia och serviceminded receptionisten vi någonsin träffat! Hotellet ligger bra, rena och fina och fräscha rum, jättefin utsikt (boka med havsutsikt) och toppenfrukost med bröd, pålägg, ägg, pannkakor - massa gott. Vi var så nöjda.
