"The staff isn’t there at all times. Everything closes at 10p. The breakfast: go eat somewhere else. They say free water : they give only 2 little bottles and don’t replace them . And the biggest: there’s no AC and during hot temps , the room does heat up and sleeping will be turning and tossing all night long . If you want a feel of a luxurious motel, then stay here . But I wouldn’t say it a spa hotel!"

"One of our favs. Absolutely outstanding from the helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire hotel."

"The hotel is not considerate at all, a few details, two bottle of water with caps but no opener, no way I could drink them, no tissues, only toilet paper in the room, no fridge, window crack, lots of bad details, also the staff were very rude, never smiled, when I asked them about street parking, they said not their parking, they don’t know, but it is right in front of their property, no clue at all? Or just wanted me to pay for their parking? When I asked if possible checkout a little late, no...

"We booked a double room We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible. I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay. There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Large well decorated room. The lobby was spectacular. Great underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Just a short walk from the main road. Hotel was so nice we added an extra night!"

"Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."

"Great location but could use better signage. (FYI....It is right behind the Starbucks.) NO ELEVATOR. Not a deal breaker but it was a challenge with bags. People should know that it is not staffed 24 hours so no one at the desk in the evening. Staff extremely helpful when on property. Breakfast is wonderful!!!"

"Excellent stay, but you have to book weeks in advance. Good price for the room and the location. The hotel is small (only 19 rooms) with one small reception desk. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. Along with it, each table is saved with a basket of mini croissants and bread as well as spreads (jam, honey, grounded rabbit spread [yes,...

"Excelente ubicación y el lugar precioso"

"Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."

"Quarto e banheiro bem grande. Localização excelente. As tolhas de banho eram muito pequenas e finas e o frigobar não gelava as bebidas."

"Amazing pool & breakfast"

"I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem."

"Hotel charges 150 zlots for buffet dinner, there are very poor variety. In weekends it wasn't bad, but during the week the cost is really outrageous. I understand we pay for convenience, but even convenience doesn't cost so much money."

"Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...
