"I travelled to the Radisson Gautrain for a business trip with my daughter. The staff, particularly Precious, Ursula and Blessing were particularly helpful with the check-in and our entire stay. My daughter was also given a special treat for her birthday!! The shuttle was also very helpful for moving around the area and trips to Mandela square and the mall."

"This was the cleanest nicest hotel I’ve stating in a really long time with great prices. Everyone was so nice so friendly they took care of me being an American. I was nervous about how people would treat me. The spa was awesome. Didn’t get to go to the pool cause it’s been a little chilly out. all in all perfect hotel."

"No TV channels,I had to use my own Netflix-I couldn’t watch Metro Music Awards. I had to ask for towels The initial room they gave me was so dirty and smelling awful,they compensated by giving me a nice suite which was great As for food I asked for baby chicken,that was not a baby chicken.the chef can do better please when preparing chicken livers"

Room had air conditioning Internet was good Ample storage They refreshed the room daily The cafe down stairs had great coffee The restaurant is a great amenity and it’s pretty… only had coffee Complimentary water and coffee Openable windows Could be improved - front access needs to be improved esp the step free access signage - water pressure - not great - there was lots of water puddles in the corridor, unsightly and falls risk - need to consider having a space for having food from outside given its aparthotels"

"O hotel é muito bom. Localizado ao lado do Mandela Square (onde tem a estátua do Mandelão). O café da manhã é bastante variado, os atendentes são solícitos e o quarto bastante limpo e agradável."
