"The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!"

"Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave...

"I was received in the hotel very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a refrigerator and coffee and tea in my room. When I asked for an early breakfast, they arranged it for me, and breakfast was great! . The hotel is near the city center of Tbilisi, but in a real quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend it to every one!"

"We spent only one night at Grand Palace Hotel, but the hospitality left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a friend’s birthday by arranging a cake. The team at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming. A short stay, but a very memorable one."
